I woke up at Mike's. He had to leave for work, so I stayed behind and slept an hour longer, before I went to work.
Today was an eight hour work day, due to me taking someone's shift that already stacked with mine. The result was me working like a regular human.... 8 hours. I guess I did it. 10-6. I got a lot done, and was able to catch up with work tasks and interact more with members. I don't think an 8 hour day would kill me if I had to do it again.
Got out of work and went home and showered, and a good shower it was. Soaked my hair in TeaTree mint conditioner and shampoo, making sure I was extra extra clean. Upon getting out, I decided to use no hairspray, but just comb my hair slightly over and go natural. Not bad.
I took Melissa out for dinner tonight. We were both craving steak, and Brann's it was. We both got steak, complete with rolls, broccoli, fries, cole slaw, and a sweet potato, plus 2 margaritas. The weather was cold (34 degrees), and the wind tasted of winter without the main ingredient... snow. I like driving around in my car and being warm inside.... November and December are my favorite months of the year. Although its cold, the snow is little to none, plus there's no nasty slushy roads or grayish skies, just more of a dying autumn if anything. Yes, November means meals, shopping, black friday, and December is my birthday, family Christmases, and gatherings. Once January 2nd hits, I'm reminded how much I hate that day.... January 2nd is my least favorite day.
