It was the 4th time I had to open on a weekday at work. This means getting up at 4:00a.m. This also means I got 3.6 hours of sleep. God bless the Folgers farmers. That was my I.V. for the entire morning.
The morning shift went by fast, got to experience a new crowd and appreciation for early birds. After work I went home, trying to avoid interaction with my bed, since I'm against naps, and my bed was a gentle siren, luring me into its chambers of silk. I played some COD and ate some food, before realizing the hot water and steam really made me tired. I fell onto my bed, caving into the need to rest. I set my alarm knowing I had school soon. I only had a 20 minute nap.
School was good, John Gonzalez from the Press spoke to us, and it was good to see him again (he guest starred on a MYGR Weekend episode), and Spanish was engaging and fun tonight. After class Mike brought chicken nuggets over and we watched the 3rd episode of Dexter, which is really shaping up to be an intense and ingenious plotted season. After Dexter, I went back to Mike's where I stayed the night, but watched him play the new Batman game, Arkham City. I kind of want this game now. It's like Grand Theft Auto, except your Batman, and you can explore Arkham City, and fight people, and climb buildings, and.... yah. I'm getting this game.
